Why is some content locked?

Love Yourself uses a progressive unlock system. A new principle is unlocked each day, giving you time to reflect on and practice each one before moving to the next.

Are my reflections synced to the cloud?

No. All your reflections are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Please back up your device regularly to prevent data loss.

How do I delete a reflection?

Swipe left on any reflection in the list and tap the delete button to remove it.

Which devices are supported?

Love Yourself supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 18.0 or later.
